E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and IITs, NITs, IIITs under the "Scheme of Financial Assistance for setting up of Electronics and ICT Academies."
Established at IIT Kanpur, the Academy aims to empower faculty, students, and working professionals by offering specialized short-term training in high-growth domains. These include AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Communication Technologies, Product Design, and Sustainability—delivered through state-of-the-art online and blended formats.
