To support faculty performance evaluations and professional growth, E&ICT Academy IIT Kanpur follows a structured point-based system for its Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), aligned with AICTE norms.

Certificate Eligibility Criteria
For Self-Paced Courses
Participants must:
- Complete at least 70% of the total course content, and
- Secure a minimum of 50% marks in the final assessment.
For Online Live Courses
Participants must:
- Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance across all scheduled sessions.
